Not receiving your OTP code – what should you do?

Not receiving a code is a common issue and is usually easy to resolve. Follow the steps below.

1

Wait a moment: Codes can sometimes take one to three minutes to arrive. Don't rush and send multiple requests.

2

Check your network: Make sure your mobile signal or internet connection is stable. SMS messages may be delayed on weak networks.

3

Check your spam folder: If the code was sent by email, it may have landed in your spam or junk folder.

4

Request a resend: Once the countdown ends, use the "Resend" option to get a new code.

5

Choose a different method: If you're not receiving it by SMS, try the email method instead, and vice versa. Recovery Options View.

⚠️

If Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on your phone, SMS notifications may be silenced. Check your settings to verify.

If your code has expired

For security purposes, each verification code is only valid for a limited time. Once it expires, the code no longer works and you'll need to request a new one. This time limit helps keep your account secure.

⏱️

Entering an expired code will trigger an error message. This is normal – simply request a new code.

Enter it quickly: Enter the code in the form as soon as you receive it — don't wait.

📋

Copy: Copying and pasting the code directly helps you avoid typing errors.

🔄

Request a new code: Once the timer runs out, hit the "Resend" button and use the new code right away.

🌐

Avoid reloading the page: Reloading the page while entering your code may cancel the process.
